Return Policy

1tac.com offers a full 30 day money back guarantee on all broken or defective items. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase after being received and verified as being broken or defective.

In the event that a customer wishes to return products for any reason within 30 days other than a defective product, the return postage shall be done at the customer's expense. Once the products are received by 1tac.com, the customer will be issued a full refund less any applicable shipping and/or processing and handling fees

You must contact customer service at support@1tac.com to receive your RMA number prior to returning your item or your item will not be recognized and credited.

Items must be returned in new, unopened and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. You need to email us at support@1tac.com and include your reason for the return. We will then email you an RMA number that you MUST include on the returned package. You will then send us your new, unopened, and unused item. The original payment will be refunded within four weeks of receiving your package.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that are opened, in used condition, or beyond 30 days of delivery may not be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If the carton and/or product arrived damaged, please contact consumer services at support@1tac.com for a resolution.

REFUND POLICY

After your item is received by 1tac.com Consumer Services, it will be inspected. If the item is returned in new, unopened, and unused condition with the RMA visible on the package and is within 30 days of delivery, you will be issued a refund at the original purchase price minus any applicable shipping and/or processing and handling fees within four weeks of our receipt of your package.
